Katia took the time to listen to mine and my wifes current dilemma while taking our application. Before we knew it we were having a friendly conversation and were feeling much better thanks to her empathetic words and how fast she resolved the issue we were having. She took the time to tell my wife if there was anything she could do she would help. She got us approved for more than we thought and was so efficient about it. The communication she had with us was amazing and we left very very satisfied.
